At ShotStop® we value your business and 100% customer satisfaction is always our goal. Occasionally, from time to time, small issues with orders arise and need to be addressed. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us for return or exchange of product. ShotStop® will accept returns on all products, excluding medical and level IV body armor, within 30 days of delivery. Once the return is requested, a customer service agent will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number. Include the RA number inside and outside of your package. After the product arrives at ShotStop®, it is inspected, and your return will be processed. You will receive your refund within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility. Packages without RA number are not accepted.

Provide your name, email, order number, and reason for return.
A customer service agent will review your claim and provide a return authorization (RA) number.
Upon arrival and inspection of the product, you will be issued a refund within 3-5 business days or an exchange of product.
Note: If a claim was not submitted via web, email, or by phone the return will not be valid for refund or exchange. Please make sure to contact us in advance to ensure the most timely and appropriate response.
